We go through idyllic routes and kartostallic villages, built on hills, with impressive mansions, as we surrender to the dreamy quiet of the forest, to the authentic natural beauty and the traditional color, which seems to remain unscathed over time. A view that captures the senses, dense vegetation and shocking images created as the sunlight is reflected on crystal clear waters. The trip in a few lines
Starting from the archeological site of Dodoni, we start a fascinating journey back in time to discover the oldest oracle in Greece that was dedicated to Zeus! We continue with a visit to the historic Kalpaki and the War Museum, a location that in itself constitutes a living part in the history of Greece. The Monondendri Kartostallic in central Zagori, one of the most popular villages in the region, which will be our base.
We explore the Grand Papingo, the star village of western Zagori, and his brother, Little Papingo, nestled at the foot of Astraka, in an even more impressive setting! We take countless walks in the “heart” of picturesque Aristi, around the central square with the characteristic plane tree, while enjoying the beautiful view to the mountain peaks.
We continue to discover hidden treasures in Kato Pedina and Vitsa, until we reach the Monastery of Agia Paraskevi, in Monodendri, to fill agnanti from above in the gorge of Vikos, the deepest of the world! We discover the beautiful villages of central Zagori, Kapesovo, Vradeto, Dilofo, while continuing for Gyftokampos in the mountainous location of Tymfi, where we will see the unique Sarakatsani Stani.
Next is the village of Negades, one of the most famous arhontochoria of Zagori, while on the road between the villages of Koukouli, Dilofo and Kipoi we visit the famous bridge of Kokkori! We continue for the village Kipi – which is famous for its beautiful gardens – in central Zagori, where the mountains of Mitsikeli and Tymfi of northern Pindos meet.
Finally, we leave for the romantic city of Ioannina and among other things, we stop at Pamvotida Lake, which became famous with the legend of Kyra-Frosini and Ali Pasha!

We take postcards to the famous Ladder of Vradetos, the most impressive cobbled cobbled streets of Epirus. The “staircase” snakes the slope with its 1,100 steps, a real “work of art”!
We discover the Gardens and the Negades, two atmospheric villages with the authentic continental landscape in the background!
We make “safari” bridges, from the famous Kalogerikos with its three arches, the Bridge of Kontodimou, and the trademark of the wider region, the Kokkori Bridge!
Visit to the historic Kalpaki and the War Museum, a location that in itself constitutes a living part in the history of Greece.
A rare visit to Gyftokampos, at an altitude of about 1,200 meters, where though uninhabited, is known for the Sarakatsani Stani, a unique kind of open-air folklore museum.
Stop at the romantic city of Ioannina, where we will enjoy a walk in Pamvotida Lake, which became famous with the legend of Kyra-Frosini and Ali Pasha!
